Very Important regarding PA Department of Health (DOH) regarding their updated Interim Vaccine Plan…Water and Wastewater Sectors
PA Dept of Health Interim Vaccine Plan
I heard back from the PA Department of Health (DOH) regarding their updated Interim Vaccine Plan (We had requested that water/wastewater treatment plant operators specifically be included and given priority for the vaccine in Phase 1-B).
However, the updated Interim Vaccine Plan aligns with federal ACIP guidance. Water and wastewater sectors are included in Phase 1C on the bottom of page 16 and top of page 17 (see attached).
I’ll keep you apprised of additional information as it becomes available.
