As you know, the 2018 America’s Infrastructure Act requires Risk Assessments and Emergency Response Plan updates. EPA has many resources available to assist you with this work, including a new Power Outage Incident Action Checklist. EPA has similar Incident Action Checklist for a variety of events including: flooding, drought, earthquakes, wildfires, cyber security, harmful algal blooms, extreme winter weather, extreme heat, tornado, etc.
The checklists cover actions to take before, during and after an event.
