PA EQB proposed rulemaking #7-533 “Water Quality Management and NPDES Permit Application Fees and Annual Fees” (IRRC #3227).
The proposal noted above was recently delivered to the Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) and the PA House and Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committees for review. It might be of interest to your organization.

The public comment period for the proposal is now open. It closes on May 14, 2019. IRRC’s comments are due to the EQB on June 13, 2019. A copy of the proposal, as it was published in the March 30, 2019 edition of the PA Bulletin, is available through this link – https://www.pabulletin.com/secure/data/vol49/49-13/453.html.
Instructions for submitting comments to the EQB can be found in either link above. As required by the Regulatory Review Act, any comments submitted on a proposed rulemaking will be shared with IRRC and the Committees. The comments will also be posted to IRRC’s website – www.irrc.state.pa.us.
