PA EQB proposed regulation #7-553 “Water Quality Standard for Manganese and Implementation” (IRRC #3260)
The proposed rulemaking noted above might be of interest to your organization. It was recently delivered to the PA Independent Regulatory Review Commission (IRRC) and the designated standing committees of the PA General Assembly for review and comment. The proposal was also published in the July 25, 2020 edition of the Pennsylvania Bulletin. It includes a public comment period that closes on September 25, 2020.
