PROPOSED Disinfection Requirements Rule

 

The Disinfection Requirements Rule was published in the PA Bulletin on February 20, 2016 for a 60-day public comment period.  Here are the links to the proposed rule:

Three public hearings have been scheduled for the following dates:

 

  • March 28 – SCRO
  • April 5 – SERO
  • April 7 – SWRO

 

The public comment period ends on April 19, 2016.
