AWWA Transformative Issues

A robust and diverse workforce is essential to water sector resilience. The 2022 Transformative Issues Symposium (TIS22) will feature honest and practical conversations about the water sector workforce.  TIS22 will cover a range of topics including: diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), data and benchmarking, best practices in recruitment and retention, the role innovation and technology play in the water workforce, and the expected (and unexpected) benefits that a diverse and engaged workforce can bring to utilities, communities, and the water sector ecosystem as a whole.
