AWWA has a new resource page on its website to help members stay informed about issues related to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
The AWWA Resources on PFAS page includes a variety of useful resources:
• Summary of state regulation to protect drinking water
• PFAS Treatment Methods
• Overview and prevalence of PFAS
• Monitoring, sampling and analysis
These resources are regularly updated to capture new developments. The site also lists relevant Journal AWWA articles and other AWWA resources, such as AWWA’s testimony to the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works from May 22, 2019.
