SUEZ opens a new $32 million water treatment facility in Bloomsburg, PA

SUEZ recently began operating a new $32 million water treatment facility in Bloomsburg that serves its Columbia County customers.  The new facility represents the largest investment made by SUEZ and its predecessor companies since operating in Pennsylvania.  The innovative filtration technology includes pressurized membranes on a patented rack designed by a SUEZ sister company.  Superpulsators and ultraviolet light are also in use at the facility, which is located above the floodplain, across from the old plant complex.
