DEP’s Permit Review Process and Permit Decision Guarantee – Public Comment Period Extended

Dear Partner,

In order to gain additional feedback on DEP’s Permit Review Process and Permit Decision Guarantee policy, the department has decided to extend the public comment period until Dec. 31, 2013.  During this first year of implementation, DEP has been evaluating the effectiveness of the new process and guarantee established through the policy on a quarterly basis.  The supplementary comment period is part of that evaluation process.

Comments submitted by facsimile will not be accepted.  All comments, including comments submitted by electronic mail, must include the originator’s name and address.  Written comments should be submitted to me by e-mail at hbook@pa.gov, by telephone at 717.783.8727, or by mail at 400 Market Street, Harrisburg PA, 17101.
