Cozen O’Connor’s Energy, Environmental & Public Utility Group will convene a symposium of industry stakeholders including EPA officials responsible for air and water release prevention and enforcement, consultants involved in risk management planning and climate change threat assessments, and experts in insurance modeling and products to discuss emerging issues surrounding catastrophic releases of hazardous materials.

·         Emerging vulnerabilities of hazardous material storage resulting from climate change; and

·         Managing risk through planning, modeling and mitigation.
