User Agreement:
The purpose of many of our courses and
seminars is to provide students with a general overview of the subject matter
and is usually aimed at helping you and your employer comply with government
training requirements. PA-AWWA's courses are intended
to supplement the employer's training. Ensuring that employees meet training
requirements is ultimately the employer's responsibility. It is up to the
employer to provide hands-on training, company or site-specific information,
and additional testing. It is also the student's responsibility to check their
company's policy regarding site-specific or hands-on training. Any questions,
misunderstandings, or conflicts that students may have with employer rules
should be directed to the employer. Although many of PA-AWWA's
courses are designed to meet federal regulations, it is the student's and their
employer's responsibility to make sure that they are meeting state and local
regulations that could be more stringent.
